Plan your visit
Check Morocco's current entry and visa requirements for your nationality before traveling. For questions, contact the Moroccan diplomatic mission serving your country or consult official Moroccan government resources.
Currency: Moroccan Dirham (MAD/DH). Cards are accepted at many hotels, restaurants and larger establishments. Cash is useful for smaller purchases, taxis and markets. ATMs are widely available.
October generally offers comfortable temperatures, but weather can vary between Casablanca and Rabat. Bring light layers and comfortable shoes. Business/professional attire is recommended for the program.
Wi-Fi is available at most hotels and many restaurants and cafés. You may wish to arrange international roaming or a local SIM/eSIM. WhatsApp is our primary communication channel during the event.
Arrival day is Saturday, October 3, 2026 — arrival to Casablanca and hotel check-in.

Airport transportation can be arranged in advance upon request. EducationUSA Morocco can assist in arranging a private airport transfer to your hotel; the cost of the transfer is paid by the participant. Note: if you would like us to arrange a transfer, contact Ichrak in advance with your arrival date, arrival time, flight number, and hotel name.
Please tell us your preferred meal option and any food allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of.
Important: if you have severe or life-threatening allergies, please bring your prescribed emergency medication with you, and communicate all allergies and food limitations to Ichrak.
Stay informed
WhatsApp is our primary communication channel during the event. The group carries important announcements, reminders, transportation information, and logistical updates for all three days.
